PITTSBURGH, PENNSYLVANIA, July 12, 2010 -- Black Box Corporation (NASDAQ:BBOX), an industry-leading provider of voice communications, data infrastructure, and product solutions today announced that it has been recognized as a Honda 2010 Supplier of the Year. The honor was awarded to suppliers in 12 unique categories and recognized safety, quality, cost, development, and management for Honda’s Maintenance, Repair and Operational (MRO) business areas.

Black Box received the top award in the category of Information Systems -- Managed Services which encompassed the management of servers, related hardware and various software and mobile devices. Black Box has served Honda for over five years, supporting their entire NEC and Cisco voice infrastructure as well as the integration of Cisco voice into Honda’s data infrastructure. Services extend through facilities in Ohio, Indiana, North Carolina, and Alabama.
